Welcome to Project BIG-ES, the Barangay Integrated Governance and E-Services system of Barangay Bagbag. By accessing or using this system, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and use the platform only for legitimate barangay-related purposes.

Project BIG-ES is intended to help residents access barangay services, submit document requests, receive announcements, view service updates, and support barangay operations through a secure digital platform. Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating an account, updating their profile, submitting requirements, requesting documents, or making transactions.

Users are responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. Any activity made through a user account may be treated as the responsibility of the account holder. Users must not share their account with unauthorized persons, submit false information, upload fraudulent documents, misuse another person's identity, attempt unauthorized access, or perform any action that may damage, interrupt, or abuse the system.

Barangay personnel and system administrators have the authority to review, verify, approve, reject, cancel, or request additional requirements for submitted service requests based on official barangay procedures. Processing time may vary depending on the type of request, completeness of submitted requirements, payment status, verification process, office availability, and other valid administrative reasons.

Payments, if applicable, must be made through the approved payment methods provided by the system or the barangay. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details and uploaded proof of payment are correct. Requests with incomplete, invalid, or unpaid transactions may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled.

Project BIG-ES may temporarily limit, suspend, or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, submit false or misleading information, attempt system abuse, or engage in activities that compromise security, privacy, or barangay operations. The barangay also reserves the right to update system features, service requirements, fees, processing rules, and these Terms of Service when necessary.

All users must respect the privacy, security, and integrity of the system. Any information accessed through Project BIG-ES must not be copied, altered, shared, or used for unauthorized purposes.
